Digital Commission Policy

 I require a detailed description with references to complete a thumbnail. This includes two adjustments if not quite right. Once agreed, I will estimate the time needed and ask for half the estimated price upfront; this is a nonrefundable deposit. 

I charge $75/hr, this includes any and all files needed through email. 

If finished product is not what you were looking for, I will edit one time for free (if less than hour of work). 

If you want to completely change the image and start over we will have to start the process over and do another nonrefundable deposit.
